I have used the lasted fix for the max v but with no results, still getting pw code updating but never does just stuck in limbo. i am using vista and have no problems with the eurovox ex5000 all work fine with the usb connection. the usb does connect up with the box and seems to upload the cdf. and when you download it just sends a key doesn't write to the box or does it seem to flash it either. can anyone help.
Well it seems that it is not flashing the box, do you get any message saying "DOWNLOADING WAS SUCCESSFULL" if you don't then it is not being recognised, you will need to make sure that the USB adaptor is correctly assigned to a COMM port. I finally done it thanks for your time i'm blind was using the firmware incorrectly wrong download button so was only loading the cdf file back.
Are it's no bother, just take your time and look what you are doing, if you rush these things happen, you learn by mistakes anyway, glad you are now sorted, take care
