eurovox max wont work

    hello there im new to all this so if it sounds daft im very sorry i put the new software onto my eurovox max when i plugged it in all i got was a message saying the current channels arent available sorry its a blue eurovox box ive got , and the front screen just has 0000 on the front, the remote control wont work either any ideas thanks alot stu

    Hi did u do the power scan to find ur channels again?

    hello cant even get to do a scan the remote control wont do anything i was wondering if the remote senser was broke
