Hi new to this forum stuff.Is dupman ver 2.10 the firmware thats giving the trouble to the 2008 black boxes and should you change it to ver 2.00? One more question what is jtag?How do you do it and where would you get the kit to do it.Sorry thats 3 questions.Hope someone can help me living in Dublin on N*L.
Dnupman is a loader not firmware the September critcal update does not require a loader. You only need a jtag if your box has died.
There is a critical update info and firmware are here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/559483 As I said you no longer need dnupman or voxer to load firmware to the Max V just download the file directly to the Eurovox. It is the September patch so if you have a previously dated version I would recommend you flash your box with this file. From what I have gathered it will show up as dated September in menu,config,system info after you have flashed it but the version info reverts to 2.0 from 2.1.
