    Factory Reset and try a full powerscan.

    went to factory reset their was sy6952 and sy6887.did reset on sy6952.done scan when finished the quality bar just kept flashing between 4%and99%.no prog info.pressed red autoscan and got message no transponder to scan.

    Sorry have to leave for a bit are you doing the scan dirctly from the incoming feed, take away any splitters.

    hi scOuser took a gamble and did a firmware update for blue eurovox that i seen in one of your other posts to someone in scotland.it worked fine.all channels back and working fine.thanks very much for all your help and time.it is much appreciated.
