Wonderful - scan finished and now have close to 400 channels...inclusive of virgin 1 and FX now working... Thank you !!! I am now going to edit the channels into some form of order... I currently use the editing function of the firmware program - which is slow as you can only move one channel at a time... Is there another program with better functionality to edit a cdf file?
You may already be on with it but DnUpMan from the Eurovox software folder in Eamos is easier and faster for channel editing. Can I ask a favour? once you have sorted the CDF can you upload it here please as the one I have is as you say outdated, Use this to upload >> http://rapidshare.com/ it will then give you a URL of the CDF. if you could copy and paste the URL it would be much appreciated. Cheers.
Thats exactly the same bit of software... WIll take me days to do it this way.,. lol No peobs i will upload when I finish it... In mean time have heard of VOXER - but cant fins an active link to download ???
heres a rapidshare link for my cdf... http://rapidshare.com/files/180497541/SteveO___CDf_file_for_Jan2009_v3.6.CDF.html
on another note - do you know if Eurovox will be bringing out a dual tuner PVr soon... In mean time do you know any good freeview pvr's out there... gettign fed up with havign to let the wife tape corrie and not be able to do much else... lol
Dont know of eurovox bringing out a twin tuner PVR but starview do one, Have a look here > http://www.afterdawn.com/hardware/product_details.cfm/2568/starview_pvr_readytwin
nice one - just different manufacturers I guess then...? Are patches and firmware exactly the same then? any ideas on price?
Hi Does anyone else have a few missing channels on eurovox, I am missing ITV2, Scifi channel and some othet +1 channels (about 6 channels in total). Does anyone have an up to date CDF file (Mine is from December 2008)for the Teesside Area with the Favorites sorted including the PPV channels. Thanks in advance for your help.
Depends on what box you have and which firmware you have put on it, if you have the auto-sort firmware it will sort your channels into category order.
It will autosort the channels then if thats what you have put on, when you have done a powerscan press the FAV button on your remotethen use the <L R> buttons to switch through your categories i.e Music, Sport, Entertainment, popular etc. If you have sorted your channels to your liking it wont be exactly as you have it now, but once you have got used the the autosort it makes it allot easier in the future when they change freqs again.
Hi tried this last night and when it finally finished scanning and I exited back out it had wiped out all my channels and didn't find a single channel so I now have none. Any Suggestions apart from loading my old cdf file back on?
