    well ive had two suppliers on the phone trying to sell me the eurovoxes saying it will be compatable from next week but who in their right mind would take boxes before a fix released we`ll eait and see

    have they come out with a new box that works on nag 2, if not then a fix is what id hope they were working on! and not a new box.

    Yeah same. Wouldnt buy a new Eurovox. Would probably getta Kryptview instead. Only sticking with the Eurovox if its a fix.

    Friend of mine has a eurovox ex1000 - he got the lad he buys them off (in dublin) flash it last night and its working 100%.
    Hes a bit gutted as he got a starvview 4 last week, but its now going to the bedroom!
    if i go down later i will see what the software version says

    no idea, his mates father has been dealing in EV for years and he took his box last night and returned it flashed.

    The place where i buy my starviews in the uk told me yesterday that updated firmware for the EV 1000 was going to happpen in the next day or 2

    Dave I jave no reason to believe its not true.
    The guy in question wouldnt know how to flash a box or spoof that he got it sorted. He needed to ring me with helphooking up his SV4 upstairs so I believe him.

    Did I say I "heard" a rumour or it is a rumour? As I said earlier on page 1 I had a liking for the guys there, but they are a bit late to the table.
