    hi there, updated my eurovox max v with firmware and when codes changed today it took 35 munutes to get the picture back. Is that the norm or can i do something to speed it up?

    they changed codes two or three times today. that might b why. can you tell me where you got new firmware from and how you managed to get it working. thanks dan

    I've set the provider code and the box is now working.... havent got all channels, i have 215 and dont have sky sports extra that i know of. Was scanning on 6.952.

    How would i get theother channels back???

    i have a eurovox max red want to flash this but my laptop only has a female socket and the box has a male can i use a male to female cable
    can any one help

    sorry to be a pest, but i installed the new firmware yesterday along with the codes available on BM, this morning I noticed they have rolled the keys again, do I need to install the new keys or is the firmware update to stop you having to do that?
    my box seems to be working ok,

    If you installed it correctly, it should autoupdate itself, so no need to enter codes.

    Hi All

    I'm a new member and only have my Eurovox 2008 for about a month or so. I'm based in Dublin and was all set to follow your directions SGB as I'm skunnered(fed up) entering in new codes manually every bloody day now

    But a few of ye have scared me with yer tales of woe when you put on the new firmware and suddenly ye can't get any channels or get less %

    Can anyone put my mind at ease or have those who had troubles resolved them.
    I'd rather enter them manually than have nowt.
