    sorry bud, maybe i was a little scarce there, i meant, did the box originate from the uk, was it imported to ireland from the uk.

    did not mean did you buy it from.....

    i must point out tho, if it was imported from the uk i do not know the symb0l rate for your provider.

    sorry bud, but a few boxes i have done have failed when connected to feed but have been successful when disconected from feed. like i said, am no expert and i still have no idea why this is.

    think its fair to say the confusion is with the box type and the update loaded onto the box.

    Press, menu, config and TV settings make sure Booster is OFF. Then I will go through fixing it with you.

    are you bsure your ch***s and not nthell ch**s cos symbol rate is 6887 for them and you start scan on 290.000 and stop on 403.000

    tempo he is Ch**us 6875 there is a minor glitch with Kuro 3 which will over power the tuner, just about to sort it.

    OK turn box off and then back on. Make sure you have the coax cable in the RF/Cable In socket on the back of the box.

    Sorry if I am doing this slow as it is less confusing and you will get it sorted soon.
