Eurovox no sound

any help please i have picture but no sound was working ok yesterday

Check your scart lead is secure and the mute button on your tv remote and box remote are'nt turned on.

your scart is the connection from your tv to your box,the mute button on the eurovox remote is up in the top right hand corner,look for a similar button on your tv remote.
