help i have just recived my first ever eurovox red box and i am trying to install the software but all i get is waiting for the response of your reciever. i think i have got it connected corectly with the lead and comm port . i have downloade the updated software and the programme to run it help please dave
once you get to the waiting to download option flick the power off at the wall and back on and it will start downloading the software
