eurovox red no signal

Thanks - was that an option when I ran the ufl. I've slept since I reflashed !!! Just to save me getting the leads out again etc :-/(Memory Man)

 

Just ran the ufl and I see upload/download Is that where I can upload from my box now? And save on my HD?

 

yes it is n looks like ur gettin ya leads out again

hi i have the eurovox max blue i have just downloaded the new firmware v2.0 into it and now all it will do is switch on with nothing on the screen and 001 in the box window, the remote or buttons on the box wont do anyhthing only switch it on and off so now i am left with no channels,, can anybody help please,,,, i dont think my box is a clone one because i flashed it in april it was fine any suggestions please

 

sounds like you jus flashed a clone box

 

Try doing a full powerscan just as you did when you FIRST set it up

 

Missed NO buttons working
If so looks like 1shaddow1 may be right

 

yer i seen a few posts like this today and they all turned out to be clone boxes apart from 1 which needed jtaggin.

 

What's jtag all about? Can U point me to a thread? (PLZ)

hiteck just to let you know downloaded my cdf from max v to red box still no joy so it looks like tuner has gone any ideas wherei can get one from or is it cheaper to get a new box im in the midlands

They seem quite hard to get hold of, make sure you had the Feed into your RF in and not the ANT socket also have you tried reflashing it with the old firmware dated 21-04-08 just to see if you can get your channels back.

 

I take it you have a clone??? if yes, try flashing it with the old clonesafe firmware. When the box has flashed you may have to connect to your TV with an RF cable then go into TV settings and turn the SPDIF output back on (Save + Exit) otherwise you wont get a picture or menu via your scart connection like your box is now. You can then plug the scart back in.
