evil ads, hijackthis and killbox help

Yeah it's weird I really thought I got everything, but I'm still getting adssite pop-ups so I'm confused. I guess I'll run like an AVG scan and post my results? Don't know if that's a good one for that, I have a few scanners on here. but I'll get back with that asap.
