.EVO - .MPV - now what?

    I'm trying to get my ripped .EVO files into a format I can more easily work with for viewing (with frame capture option) and editing. MPEG2 would be great.

    I can get .EVO files -> .MPV files with EVODemux, and with .MPV files at least I can capture using a 3rd party capture program played with PowerDVD, but Powerdvd doesn't allow pause with .MPV files so it's impossible.

    I need to now go from MPV -> MPG2 (or AVI)

    Any ideas? I've tried DOZENS of conversion programs, but none like the MPV files because they're in HD resolution.
