No one is going to give you a s/n. If you tried it and liked it, the best bet is to buy the product.

Like rulisky & gwen pointed out no serials here.

Where did you download Nero from? If you never had a trial of 7 installed before you should still have a 30 day trial.
Some site have versions that are trials but the serial #'s have expired.

If you've never tried Nero 7 on that pc before then download the trial from Nero's site.

Are you downloading the trial from Nero's site?
Delete the .exe you have now. Check add/remove programs and make sure nothing Nero or Ahead is listed there.

Run a registry cleaner - you can use ccleaner if you need one. Use the cleaner and issues options.
    Reboot.
Re download the trial from Nero's site and try the install again.

Nero digital converts the file to mpeg4 - most regular dvd players don't support that format.

What kind of dvd's did you want to make?

To buy Nero you can buy it directly from their site or check your local stores. Sometimes it's on sale and has rebates. Cheaper that way.

Ok like backup's of originals or downloads?
Nero is decent for downloads but for doing backup's I'd recommend AnyDVD & CloneDVD. Not free but has a 21 free trial.
Or the free way - DVDFabDecrypter & DVD Shrink.
    Here's a guide for that.
