    Hi

Im after some help booting my system, when trying to boot into windows i get the message:

    Explorer.exe
    unable to locate componenants
this application has failed to start because normaliz.dll has not been found

At this stage i cannot get into my comp to do a system restore,
The only thing i can think to do is insert the system disk and do a repair, but i have documents on my comp that are not yet backed up, will i loose these files by doing a repair.
    Anybody got any ideas?
    Cheers

    Danny
