i have a program that i downloaded and did not get to try and before i knew it it was expired...is there any way that i can reinstal it and have it work? if i like it then i will buy it.
if not installed but downloaded to computer than not expired but if installed try download program again but uninstall old one first
depends on the program, you usually have to delete its registy values as well. Just wondering, what program is it? The whole point of trials are to let you TRY the program then if you like it, pay the $ and buy it.
You could always get the key from the net and have the full version so you'll never have to worry about expiration times.
@Niobis, if you mean a Serial or a KeyGen, both methods are ILLEGAL and will result in a INSTANT (well, as soon as the mods check in) BAN on anyone who discusses them/gives links to those types of sites.
I know that. That's why I didn't give any links and do not plan to give any. I'm just letting him know that, that is an option he has. Is it "aganist the rules" to tell him that even though I didn't give links? If so I'm sorry, I only thought it was for giving the serials or links.
Though it's not explicitly forbidden in the rules, we as a community generally try to steer clear of recommending warez, cracks and so forth
