My PC no longer picks up the plug and play function of my external USB Maxtor hard drive. It was fine yesterday. Today, nothing. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I plugged it into my laptop and the laptop was able to pick it up so it can't be that the hard drive is dead. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Well do you remember the exact usb port you pluged it when it was working if yes the plug it there again and see whats happening !?
