external hardrive/ 98se/ asus motherboard

    hi, i want to by an external usb2.0 hard drive, i have an asus motherboard and running windows 98 se. will windows 98se reconise big external drives say 200 gig?
    is there a limit to the size that my operating system will allow.
    ( backing all my albums, applications, covers, documents,movies.)
    at the moment i have an 80 gig internal hard drive, running out of space etc.

    Windows 98 can only support up to a Maximum of 127GB Hard Drives...
    Depending on the specs of your computer, i would recommending updating to Windows XP, that will take the 200G Hard Drive with no problems at all...
