failing burning process

    well i have tried everything that i can to get this laptop to burn. it had a different burning software on it, (Disk at once) I uninstalled disk at once,nero,dvdd and dvd shrink and did a clean install with all of them except for disk at once. everything is fine untikk about 3/4 of the way through the burning, i get this log

    i can see that disk at once is still involved somehow but how do i get rid of it. i did a search for it and it is not anywhere and with a clean install of all of the programs i thought that nero would be the defalt for dvd shrink. any help would be great!
