Hi All, I need help to figuring out which way i should point the fans in the case. Ive been using this Raidmax case. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156062 which can hold up to a total of 5 fans 1- back(underneath PSU) 2-side panel (1 up in the CPU area, and the other near the video card area) 1-Front (bottom by the Hdd's) 1-Other side panel (up higher by the DVD drivres) and I just ordered a new CPU cooler http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185125 (i think this one blows air towards the CPU instead of the ones that suck out) right now i got all the fans as exhaust, which is probably not a good idea (especially with that new cooler). Everybody here probably has a lot more experience than me in this field. Im a bit of a noob at this. So, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Well I wasn't able to use your url's but..... It depends on what kind of flow the fans give you. Generally vent your fans at the back (and higher up) in the case out (near psu and by dvd) the others have them pull air in. Keep in mind heat rises (yes even in a case) so if you have fans higher in the case vent them out to dissapate your heat better. Overall just keep a check on how hot your stuff runs. If it's too hot change around the way your fans are running.

ok they worked. The fans should already be set in the case but if they arent. Have the fans in the front and over the cpu and vid card draw in air. Exhaust the fan in the back and on the other side (right side when facing) of the case. The psu will also exhaust hot air too. That should keep your stuff cool enough, nice case btw!
Front fan: Air IN from front towards back Rear fan: Air OUT from front towards back heatsink should already have the fan the correct way round.
