Will the resize option let you do a batch but keep them the same size,its obvious you've already tried finding the option you want & its not there,i only use it for minor editing so perhaps a free watermark software is what you need then you'll be able to set transparency only two places i can think of at the mo for watermark software filehippo sourceforge
