filling 8gb r4 sdhc card

    hi,
    has anyone figured out how to get past the 4 gb on a 8gb r4 sdhc card. it seems the card will only let me fill have way with games, after that they come unlisted and titles are all messed up. i have tried separate folders for games, i have tried formatting sdhc card, no luck. please anty thoughts peoples?

    That is a symptom of a "fake" or bad memory card.

    You may want to verify that your 8GB card is really 8GB.

    It may also just be defective.

    A way to test it would be to write 6-8GB of files from your PC to the card and then see if your PC can read them back (correctly).

    yes the pc has almost a full 8gb of games/roms, so when i view on pc it shows over 7 gb of files, when i format the sdhc micro card it shows 7 plus gb, but when i put r4 into ds, only half or 4gb show up, the rest are untitled or messy chinese writings. i am not only person to have these troubles, it seems most who use 8gb r4 have same issue of only 4 gb showing up, so has anyone got to use full 8gb on r4 or does anyone know how to fix?
