Films on Iphone

    I'm new to iphones and have been trying to put films on my iphone.
    I downloaded a corvertor software and changed my movie to an MP4 file. This then successfully me to put the movie into my itunes "films" file. I then synced my iphone up with my itunes, checked my iphone but the film is nowhere to be found??
    Can anyone help me please?

    The MP4 file has to be H.264 Coding
