i have done this one 3 times now once with clondvd2 once with dvdshrink and once with dvddecrypter. all 3 times it has come out perfect. not a problem one. played all the way through all 3. i didnt have a problem with choose your fate either. in my opinion that was kinda cheesie. but all in all i thought it was pretty cool.

I think I know how I lost my system restore was because I swap out hard drives so the restore is not transfered from the orignal drive (Micrsoft)but the movie says it has special features for the PC and when I shut it down to run it through Shrink I had to stop it from getting online with my firewall. I made a copy of just the main movie and this one still had legos but they only showed up this time in the credits not the movie good enough for me

I made a copy of it yesterday and had no problems with the "choose their fate" feature in my Philips DVP642. I used DVDFab then DVDShrink. Shrink wouldn't read the disc at first so I had to rip it with Fab first. Kept only English subtitles, DTS audio and commentary. Copy looks and sounds great!

Works great PMcG_6, as I tried other combos/proggys and nothing worked.
    Appreciated.

I cannot use DVD Shrink. I read that some people used it no problem. How did you guys do that? Please be specific.

    Thanks.

Thanks, but it is still not working. DVD shrink always stops at 76%. Any other suggestions. A screen pops up that say, "cylic redunduncy or something like that".

Any DVD says it is CSS protected. Is it possible to get around that?

That's what happened to me. I had a thick spot on the disk and didn't bother to check to clean it. Once I cleaned it, I used DVDFab and Shrink and I backed both the WS version and the bonus disk with no problem. Playback is 100% quality.

So my solution to backing FD3 is to:
    1. Check and clean the disk
    2. DVDFab Decrypter
    3. Shrink
