Here's a few suggestions. Nero Version: 7.0.1.2 Update Nero - quite a few fixes and enhancements since the version you're using. The latest is 7.10.1.0 Recorder: <HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-4160B>Version: A301 Your drive can use a firmware update - the latest is A306. Disc Manufacturer ID: CMC MAG, Not the best by far. Switch your media to Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim or made in Japan Sony, Fuji or Maxell. File 'Drivers\CDRALW2K.SYS': Roxio and Nero don't always play well together. Uninstall Roxio and run the zap tool
just curious can you interpret the following line "Bus Type : default (0) -> ATAPI, detected: ? " i read on some other forum, that has to do with the error..
I'm not 100% sure but my logs show the same thing and all okay on this end. So I don't think it's a cause for concern.
