    is there any way delete my searches that are in yahoo, google, ect. every time i type something, it shows a list of my previous searches, and i want them gone!!!

    In the menu bar, under Tools>>Options, go to the Privacy tab. Under Private Data, click Settings and put a click next to everything there expect Saved Passwords, then click OK to close that window. Remove the check that is next to "Ask me before clearing private data" and then click the "Clear Now" button, and lastly click OK.

    You have just set Firefox to clear all your private data, except saved passwords when you click the Clear Now button. From now on you can just go to the menu bar, Tools>>Clear Private Data and it will clear all the junk out.
