firewalls and internet connections dont mix

    howdy...

    I also had a question...why in the world does any firewall stop the internet from working??? why the hell would they make internet firewalls if you cant connect to the internet when they are activated? maybe im just a rookie and dont really know how to work the settings. I do, though, just use the default settings. so..if n e body could reply ...pls do so.

    You will have to go in to the firewall & set it up to allow access to the net, wat firewall you using?

    umm lets see....well...i used to use symantec norton personal firewall thing...and sygate personal fireall, zone alarm and some other ones. i think im going to stick to only the norton one.
