Firmware flash

    I have an Artec DHM-G48 DVD rom drive that has been acting up lately. I was told to update the firmware. I downloaded the latest version (2.97) but I have NO idea how to update the firmware on the drive. I need step by step instructions please. Thanks in advance for the advice.

    was there 1 file or 2 files in the download. was the file(s) compressed??

    Hey ddp,
    There are 3 files.
    1. ArtecDMH
    2. G48-297 (MS Dos batch file)
    3. G38V.297HEX (HEX file)
    They were zipped.
