Firmware update as Benq or Hitachi?

Ok heres my problem,I had a hitachi drive that didnt work,so i flash the key from hitachi to a benq that I got from a rrod xbox(the benq has ixtreme v1.51 benq firware with hitachi key)I was trying to update to v1.6 but I dont know what flashing process to use in jungle flasher,hitachi or benq,jungle flasher recognizes the drive as hatachi so i tried the hitachi way but couldnt get it into modeb.I am afraid of bricking my drive now.So what should I do?
