    Hi guys, haven't been here in awhile so I just wanted to drop in and say hello. :D

    [bold]When[/bold] I win the lottery Im gonna buy me a trip to ROME and travel from there.

    And with the rest of the money I would buy flower seed's so I can Plant flowersacross the world for joy. (You know im full of it).

    Id go with everybody else and buy a damn island.

    islands are great, afterall. you can up up machine guns on turrets to shoot people who stop by accidentally thinking the place is uninhabited. :)

    now that would be a sight to see =P, but seriously this gun is so powerful it can literally blow a hole the size of a small ford hatchback straight through an elephant, you could say its an ivory poachers weapon of choice :). a solid shot slug for this baby is about the size of your palm and the kickback would probably rip your arm clean off, thats where the bi-pod comes in handy ;).

    and seeing everyone is going to buy islands with their lottery winnings i think i'll change one of the things i would buy:
    :. an island filled with rare endangered elephants, so i can prove to all the unbelievers out there that my gun is really that powerful =D.

    Do we have a caliber for the elephant rifle? Who makes it? Sounds like your talking up something like a .700 Nitro Express or maybe a .585 Nyati. I'm getting all tingly thinking about it.

    too be honest i dont own the gun so i couldnt tell you the make of it ;), my mates grand father owns the gun =P, but i have seen it fired before(one shot took down quite a large tree). i do remember the caliber that the gun used though, i think it was .470 nitro express bullet that he's grand father used to use. the sheer sound of the gun being fired would make a honest man think he's under attack from invading forces. but let me just say this, using this gun requires the use of a bi-pod/tri-pod(stabilizer of some kind) because this gun could potentionally rip your arm clean out of its socket.

    .470 Nitro is nothing to laugh at. It's been a favorite among professional hunters for many years. For heavy thick skinned game such as elephant, rhino and cape buffalo it was normally loaded with a 500 grain solid non-expanding slug in order to penetrate through several feet of heavy muscle and bone if need be. For lighter skinned game such as the big cats and so forth an expanding slug was used.



    In keeping with the spirit of this thread if I actually won the lottery there would definitely be quite a few firearms purchases made on my part. This is more than three so I'm not going to number them!

    I guess I'd have to buy AfterDawn. I would need a Gulfstream so I could deliver the suitcase of money in person. I guess I'd need a well paid and well armed bodyguard....Neph?

    wish i had the guns you do, Neph...all I have is a 9mm Beretta, a Remington .22 rifle, and a throw-away .38 S&W. that's all my dad will let me have, lol (i'm only 17)

    Hmm... First I'd buy Auslander, that means I'll have everything he owns (and his body) to do whatever I wish with. (wink, wink)

    Then, my own roller coaster to ride without waiting in line.
