well i put that in my original build and everyone said looks good. and then i was jus tlooking over them and it said something about pci-e 2.0 for the graphics card but nothing for the mother board so i was just putting my mind at ease, since i had already bought it. so we will see. thanks for atleast putting my mind at ease about 1 thing, now if the evga works for me then ill be happy. thanks Mitch
got all the parts for the computer, put everything together, believe it everything is correct. start it up, it starts to start up from the gigabyte cd, tells me to push any key to continue, i plug in my keyboard in the usb port. push the keys and nothing happens, what am i doing wrong. thanks Mitch
Well you need to install windows, not run the Gigabyte driver CD... As for it not picking up the keyboard, you may need to go into the BIOS to enable legacy USB support.
how do i do that, without a working keyboard? like it says this is my first time, so i am not good with this kind of thing. thanks
nevermind, im installing windows, and the keyboard is working while i do that. after i install windows do i need to do anything inside the bios for setup? or would i just go back in there for overclocking, in which will be my next topic of intrest haha. thanks for the help guys, hopefully everything is going ok its f'en with the hard drive now so we will see what happens. Just change it so the HD boots first instead of the DVDRW drive. Oh and You might wanna BIOS update if OC'ing doesn't work out Oh and to check your Temp, get CoreTemp from http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
