Good morning all, I am about to purchase the above mod chip. I have scoped out the project after taking apart my xbox to see what was entailed. The last thing that concerns me is aquiring an approprite BIOS and the flashing proceedure. It appears that X2 4983 appears to be the appropriate piece of software, but where can i get it? and once i have it does anyone now of a guide to getting it onto a DVD-r. I have nero, and a dvd writer. I want to be fully ready for when the chip is in so i can flash immediately. As ever any help greatly appreciated. Cheers

Thank you for your help. No worries i don;t want anyone to get in any bother advising of where i can get that piece of software. If anyone could PM me to advise of the usual places people go for their other software requirements, it would be greatfully received.
