I'm using Nero 7 on 2 computers. My desktop has a DVD burner my laptop does not. I use my laptop to compile DVD's because it's faster. But Nero 7 doesn't offer the DVD options on the laptop because it doesn't have a burner. So I can't even make a DVD to an external hard Drive like with my other programs to then burn on the desktop. I want to use Nero 7 to make 16x9 DVD's but my desktop takes too long because it's only a PIII 1000. Is there a way to fool Nero 7 to indicate there is a DVD burner on my laptop and not just a DVD Player.

    Thank you,

    Harold

Can you not select the image recorder then copy the image to the external drive?
