    Hi,
I have a formatted hard drive, and in the near future I will be installing Windows Vista Ultimate onto it. I have some problems with windows vista that I completely loath, but I also LOVE some features of vista. Let's say I get fed up with vista is there a way to completely format the hard drive. Assuming I don't have another hard drive to boot up from and go into disk manager to format it. Would I be able to format the hard drive from the bios? Or is there some other way to COMPLETELY format a hard drive without using another harddrive to boot up from? Thanks.

Use your Vista install CD and format your hdd and after that cancel setup.
