Hey Everyone I am in need of some help with a PC. I am trying to install windows 98 onto a computer. I put the disk in and let it do its thing once it gets all done it restarts the computer but then as it is loading it tell me to put back in the windows 98 cd and press ok. I do that but then this pops up?

"the file trid_bio.dll on windows 98 cd-rom cannot be found.

insert windows 98 cd-rom in the selected drive and clikc ok."

    My options:
    ok
    cancel
    skip file
    details
    browse

I have tried to skip the file but I was not able to install the drivers for the ethernet card, media something or other and one other thing that i would have to look at in device manager. so i was wondering maybe becuase i skipped this the last time i tried to install windows 98 that maybe that is why i was not able to install the drivers.

let me know if anyone can help me out with this problem. thanks so much

That dll is for a trident video card. Maybe select the browse option and point to wherever the trident drivers are.
