free Css removal tool?

Hi
im using 1click dvd copy and it wont remove encrtption like it says it does in the tin!,
Anyone know why?..

Apart from that any free css removal tools out there, other than dvd43 ?

And do these css removal tools actually affect the quality of the burn?..
