free hd loader

I have the original HD loader but would like to do the memory card hd loader to save the hd loader disk. I have tried using x-port and no luck. I have also tried the cd-r and then read that I must have a swap for it to work. So I tried my Action Replay and got the black screen of death. I have PS2 version 5/6, x-port, action replay, 160g Maxtor, and a 2.2 gig processor computer running brodband. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Or some nice person out there could just load the mc loader from his PS2 MC to his computer and e-mail it to everyone who has x-port.
