free tool wanted

    when i download a movie and its in widescreen is there a free tool so i can make it a full screen permamently hoped i spelled it right i have this feeling i have not thanxs in advance if you can help

    You generally do not want to convert Widescreen to Full screen because this would entail Cropping of a Signifigant Portion of the Sides of the Frame whould would mean that you would Miss a Good Portion of the Video.....

    Useing the "Zoom" feature on your DVD Player would Basicly do the same thing.....
