Yes, it comes with a controller. Have had it for less than a month. All games are legitimate and come with cases and manuals. Unfortunately, all are opened. I really need to get rid of this whole lot. At this time, I am not willing to separate items.

I am US-based and can ship anywhere in the world of course, but it only makes sense to have this console in North America. (I heard from a Japan-based soldier that the Xbox 360 does check what country you are in when you go on Xbox live, meaning a US console will not work in another country).
