FTP xbox not working

I have a 120gb hard drive with an aladdin advance chip. I'm using flashfxp and my xbox won't connect with my pc. My friends xbox works but it has a different chip.

Here's what it says:

I tried uninstalling Windows service pack 2 and turning off windows firewall but still didnt work.

 

did u set up the IP on ur xbox correctly?

 

there are 2 ways.with 1 crossover and with 2.ill teach how with 2 cuz most do so and its easier.in xbox system settings use static ip to no and network setup to yes.save&exit and reboot.connect xbox to router or wahteva u have and pc to router or whateva u have.
