Using a FTP program called FlashFXP, connect your Xbox to your PC using a router. The dashboard on your modded Xbox will give you the IP address that you type into Flash. The user name and password are both xbox
    (Username:xbox Password:****(xbox))

If your connection is correct, you will connect in just a matter of seconds and on the right side of the screen all the folders on your Xbox will appear. If you can't get a connection, try rebooting the Xbox to see if the IP address changes. If yes then use that IP address and then reconnect.

I have a similar problem, when i connect all the drives appear on the right, however it than says "The connection failed due to an error or timeout.
    1) Verify that the destination host name or IP address is correct.
    2) Increase the connection timeout threshold under Global Settings | Connection.
    3) Switch to the opposite data connection type (PASV or PORT) under Site Settings | Type tab."
Then when i go to click on a drive it says "Request denied.Verify that the file or folder exists and that you have the necessary permissions on the server to perform the requested operation"
And in the little log thing down the bottom it says "ERROR:>Requested action not taken (e.g., file or directory not found, no access)." Please help, i cannot explain how frustrating this is both mentally and financially.

Please help I have the exact same problem. I can ftp fine but can't copy folders or even browse into folders. I get "folder does not exist/no access error" ftp error. Very strange. This is THE only thread that I could find that actually applied to me exactly. Please help with this!!

    oi oi!
ive been inquiring as to this on another thread!
    my questions are
    a. does it matter if u use a crossover cable instead of a router?
    b. should the xbox IP address be static or non-static?
    any help appreciated cheers!
