On the first page is a manual.
I have big problems in finding PSUL v1.1 utility for the pc side in the www! All servers may be down. Got a link?

This issue my have been delt with earlier in this thread, but I havent been able to find it(this thread is HUGE).

I've gotten all of the thing's to work exept for when I reach the point of transfering data from the cube to the PC. I load Gamecube ISO ripping server and it sends the rip code to the cube, however when I swap the disc the screen reads "Reading Disc ID" on the PC side it say's server up. waiting for Data(lower left corner of window). I've check and rechecked all of the step's in the tutorial but I keep getting stuck on this one point.
Please help me get past this hurdle before it drives me nuts!!!!)

Disable any other network-connection on your PC, maybe that helps.

My PC isn't able to rip, stream or whatever, with another active NIC.
    Maybe that helps.

Anyone know if there is a diffrence between using the regular Action Replay or the limited edition action replay?

Also, I had my gamecube modded by a shop in CA about 2 years ago to play import games. There is a little switch on the back, I flip it in one direction to play US games and the other to play import games.

I know this is a longshot, but does anyone know what modchip this might be, and if it would be able to play backup copies of games?

The only other connection I have on my PC is Dial-up(AOL).
Maybe I should give a rundown of what I have, maybe that will help with a solution to my problem.

Panasonic game Q hooked directly to my PC via a crossover cable into a Local Area connection using a NETGEAR FA311 Fast Ethernet Card. I used Pheonix 2.3 to run PSUL 1.1 to transfer data to the memory card(I also started the process all over and I tried PSOLoad to do it).Than I open up Gamecube Server ver. 1.0.0.30. I recieve a red screen on my tv and it tells me "ten seconds to swap disk" I swap the disk and it than reads" READING DISK ID" At this point on the PC side it says"server up.waiting for data". I assume it should start transfering data right away.

Thanks, Quezacotl. The jerko in the store told me it was a modchip >_<

So, I would be able to install a viper chip in this cube as well?

hey i kind of have a weird problem... Ive been trying to stream Mario Power Tennis to my gamecube but there has been no luck. The file is sent perfectly but when StarCube pops up and says press enter, i press enter and it says initializing and then the screen goes blank and does nothing at all... are there any specific settings or program designed for Mario Power Tennis or did i just make a stupid mistake? thank you for your help in advanced.

    Greetings, Google brought me here.

I'm not going to ask about how to duplicate my Gamecube disks; I just have a few questions before I pursue this method.

    1) I have no additions to my Gamecube, I assume I need to get the adapter mentioned in the first post.

    2) (a real question) About Phantasy Star Ep. 1&2, the game I need to get: Do I need to purchase online time to get this method to work?

    3) About the ISO: I'll probably burn it to a regular DVD so I can extract data (read: music) of a few games whose OSTs are not available (read: Vexx, Super Mario Sunshine, etc...). Is this possible?

Particularly, I want to get the soundtrack to Vexx, which is available on PS2 also. I do not own a PS2 myself, but I could cough up a few $ to purchase the Vexx PS2 version and extract music via PSF2 sound formats. However, if I can access music from the burned ISO without having to convert file type (say, GC uses WAV or MP# formats (?)).

    Any help is appreciated ;)

You can definitely extract the sound files from the iso image. If the tools aren't here check www.alucard.cc , they have a variety of PS2 utilities...

Those files would be in normal formats (mp3, wav, etc)?

    Greetings everyone.

Can anybody tell me how can you copy an gamecube copy? (a burned gamecube image file on mini dvdr or full size dvdr) because in gcos 1.4 (which i use with my AR) can only stream original games.

    Thanks.

Try using NERO to copy it. It should work.

Thanks for your reply. I dont use m$ Winblowz though :) but if Nero can do it .. mac can do it better. So i tryed Dragon Burn X and it workded! So thx for the advice. Next time just say "copy it with your favorite recording software" its better then using the real software names. Cuz not all the people are sticking with micro$oft crap.

Hey glad to hear it worked. And I said NERO becuase that is what I was suggesting. Not your favorite burning program. I do not know if all burning programs work or not. So therefore I will not tell some one to use any program. I only pass along things I am for sure of. Good luck with all your future GC modding though.
