"Fuzz" with my Home Theater System [Panasonic SA-HT67]

    My uncle gave me his Panasonic SA-HT67 home theater system because it had this background noise problem and I was wondering if I could fix it. It's just like a humming noise or a fuzz type of thing. Does anyone know what they problem could be?

    It could be a dodgy earth problem within the amp, or damaged components etc etc. More than likely would be the earth problem
