I recently got a copy of Gear Pro "Mastering Edition" which claims to copy dvd audio's. Does anyone know whether or not this claim has any validity, I have not tried the program yet. But part of the instructions for copying a dvd audio asks that you point it to the audio_ts folder to be copied.

Okay - just had a good look at it, and it will copy a Video_TS or Audio_TS folder, and mount it to a DLT, or copy an unprotected disc for you.

A very nice piece of software, but $750 is quite an outlay.

I may well be tempted by it though. It really does look the part.

Not found anything that will copy protected DVDA, as it has not been cracked yet.
WaveLab 5 will copy unprotected DVDA, reliably too once the patch comes out. As it is, the 5.0 release has some problems in that department.
My discWelder chrome will also do the job, but again only unprotected.

Still, if you have a soundcard with 6 analogue inputs, you can always record the thing in analogue & burn again yourself.
Bet there is no audible difference if you do it right!
