General Clean Tools fails

    Has anyone run into Nero's clean tools giving a message similar to below: [​IMG]

    I'm not sure what this means, but since it happens in mid-progress, and I cannot seem to reinstall Nero properly despite numerous cleanings, I assume that this may have something to do with it. If I'm the first to run into this error, I'd be surprised. Thanks in advance for any information,

    Boot into safe mode and try again.
