Get Rid of The Console Forum Rooms

thats the point and its a sister site and well....any game forum will get the BS bastards so mabye soem mods can do double duty there or what not least until they can handle the load ^^

thus bringing AD up to a more mmmmm information site and not ranting and BS and such....at elast the hardware fanboys dont drool and poop in thier pants 0-o

 

Ok here's a good example of how it's done.
Some of the news items have the links are on AD and you get transfered to Blast.
I really like how that's set up. One account Multiple sites. .

On thinking deeper I have realised that moving the same troublemakers all in one place could only make that place BAD and would fail to solve the fundamental problem.

this is what i would do,i feel there is no need to remove the Consoles boards..it can be controlled.

What is in fact needed in each board in the Consoles boards is actually a pix on top of each board
with a warning In big red letters of what can be posted and discussed and the rules.

I think with that kinda pic either 2 things will happen with the newbie's in the console rooms.

1. They would get "Happy" and will forget all about what they were going to say. Hence it stops the crapp.

or

2. They will loose their minds and write more crapp that doesn't make any sense

well I think letting the Game forums police themselfs is good at least thats where the fires will start and burn out rarely spreading to other threads,in all best way to do it jsut have all NON mod/hardware/backup disscusions on blastroids and have the current forums done like this

Video games/consoles/handheld

Genreal backup and mod forum (PS2,GBA,DS,PSP,DC,ect,ect)

Wii hardware
Wii backup

PS3 hardware
PS3 backup

360 hardware
360 backup

PS2 hardware/backup
GC hardware/backup
Xbox hardware/backup


while blastroids would get the "games" forums.

no no now I agree with you more or less but
AD is founed on "backing up of for your protection" so you dont get screwed by the man,Moding systems is a part of this so in that sence thos should remain,whineing about games and whitch is better is a whole other thing that should be under blastroids.

But you know inorder to keep the site splite into the correct formats blastroids could pick up the Modding torch :3

 

Where are all these problems?

I'm here everyday almost on the console forums and I'm not seeing anymore problems then the other sections.The mods have calmed the situation down.
