I just downlaoded 6.6.0.18 and copied a DVD and it worked perfect without any coasters. I also checked the history and looks like Nero recognises my drive.... Dang come home & missed all the good stuff @sick_unit Just MY experience but Ritek is in my 'do not use' book. Others here have good experience w/ them and I did a 1st 2 with the different(GO5, GO3 etc)id's on 2 different drives - pioneer & liteon - then the errors started occasionally and now over a 1 year they are are not doing so well. So imo follow Maxburn's advice on the media too - it will help stop the problem b/4 it becomes one!
