I need an FAT16 on my stick because I only have DOS functioning on my
harddrive and DOS can only read usb sticks with FAT16.

What dos program can I use to format a usb stick to FAT16 ?
Also can I partition a hard drive that has
programs already on it without loosing those programs ?
Its a 60gig hdd and has about 17gig of free space left ?

use the dos 6 series as it is fat16. use partition magic or acronis to partition the hd without losing info.
