GIGABYTE GA-EP43-DS3L Need help....

    I've looked all over the specs for the UD3R...how or where do you find out if it has headers?
    What part of the specs do you look at? The Onboard part?

    In the Newegg specifications tab, it says four onboard USB ports, and 6 (or was it 8, I've looked at a lot of boards) on the rear panel.

    yeah, on Newegg specs, I see the Onboard part for USb and says 4 x USB 2.0
    and for Onboard 1394(which I assume its Firewire) it says 1x 1394a.
    So those are my available headers?????....

    Thanks for teachings.
    I'm hoping this Mobo is in stock soon....

    That's correct. It's quite funny, the only boards to routinely go out of stock at newegg are the ones we regularly recommend here...

    No, you can use any OS you like with it. The two terms are unrelated.

    @JMobile

    you'll be ok with that video card...The reason you would want a Top Dollar Video Card is if you are Gamer on the computer:)

    just making sure as my MOBO does not have the vga to connect to monitor as that vid card has it.
    Buying it now.
