Ok im eather really stupid or just dont under stand stuff and evry body else does Ok so i make my Bacl round for my avater thing (SIG) and i go to open as new layer ok then when I want to resize it it wants to resize the whole thing not just the picture, so i looked through the whole program on how to select the image. Then when i some times manage to some how be able to select the image how do you move it about the bacround thankk you
why dont you PM phantom69 and ask him for help as he did my sig and uses gimp. tell him andmerr suggested him as your teacher
I got gimp figured out but how do i get my pics to show i did the img thing from photobucket and ideas
